Dominion AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a software services company that provides LeadLock, an AI-powered voice receptionist and messaging automation platform built for roofing contractors in the United States. Our registered business contact is: hello@dominionai.com.
We collect information in two ways:
How you consent to receive SMS: When a homeowner provides their phone number to a roofing contractor using LeadLock — whether verbally, on a service agreement, or through an online inquiry form — they consent to receive service-related text messages. These messages include appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-ups, and post-job review requests sent on behalf of that contractor.
Message types and frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the contractor. You may receive: (1) one appointment confirmation SMS per booked appointment, (2) one missed-call follow-up SMS per unanswered call, and (3) one review request SMS per completed job.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Call logs and lead data are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Contractor account data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure credential storage. We do not store full payment card information — payments are processed by our payment providers.

By engaging Dominion AI's LeadLock service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Dominion AI provides LeadLock: an AI-powered voice receptionist service that answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and sends automated SMS messages on behalf of the Client's roofing business. Services are delivered remotely. Setup is completed within 48 hours of agreement and payment of the setup fee.
If the LeadLock AI agent fails to answer any incoming call within 3 rings during the first 30 days of service due to a technical failure attributable to Dominion AI, we will issue a full refund of the setup fee. This guarantee covers agent uptime and call answering performance only. Client revenue outcomes, lead conversion rates, or job close rates are not guaranteed.
Either party may cancel the service with 14 days written notice. Upon cancellation, the Client's dedicated phone number will be released and all automations will be deactivated. Data may be exported upon request within 30 days of cancellation.
Dominion AI's total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or business losses arising from service downtime beyond our direct control, including third-party infrastructure failures (Telnyx, Vapi, Google).
